Below are some common questions about our artwork.

Can I frame these designs myself?

Yes, we offer all of our designs as standalone Prints so you can add your own frame to customise the look and feel of your final piece. Just select 'None (Print)' when adding the artwork to your cart.

Can I make any customisations to the frame?

Unfortunately we do not offer any frame customisation options but as mentioned above, you can purchase the design as a standalone Print and place it in a frame of your choosing.

Do you offer any customisation services for the artwork itself?

While we do not allow for changes to existing artwork, we do offer a Bespoke Design Service, where you can have a unique piece commissioned just for yourself, made to your exact specifications and taste. Please visit our [BESPOKE] page for further information.

Can I request the existing designs in a size other than those listed on the website?

If you need a specific size that is not listed on our website, we are happy to try to accommodate your request. Please email us at contact@casagraphica.com with the design you are interested in and the exact dimensions you require.

We will provide you with a 300dpi, high-resolution print-ready file tailored to your specified size. Please note that in these cases, we only supply the digital file for you to print and frame locally at your convenience.

What are your frames made from?

Our classic Wood frames are all made from pine wood and are hand assembled for each piece individually. They are available in Black.

Our more modern, Metal frames are made from polished aluminium. They are available in Black.

Are your framed posters shipped framed and ready-to-hang?

Our Wooden Framed Posters are shipped fully-assembled and ready to hang, with hanging hardware pre-attached.

Our Metal Framed Posters are shipped with hanging hardware included but do need some basic assembly prior to being displayed. No stress though, it's an extremely short and simple process.

Are any of your prints numbered or signed?

On rare occasions, we do limited and exclusive drops, that may often be numbered and signed individually. These, however, have the tendency to sell out immediately so we would highly recommend that you join our Insiders' Club for priority access to all releases.

Are your prints glossy or matte in finish?

All of our Framed Posters and Prints are printed on 200-250gsm museum-quality, matte, FSC-certified paper that is perfect for fine art, and designed to last for years without losing its original beauty. Most importantly though, It's better for the planet.

Do you use glass or acrylic for your framed art?

We use a thick sheet of shatterproof, transparent acrylic for all of our fine art prints. Despite being more expensive than glass, we’ve chosen to frame with acrylic because it offers superior protection and is, most importantly, less likely to arrive damaged in transit.

Orders & Shipping

Below are some common questions about orders and shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Our Framed Posters take between 5-7 business days to print, mount, frame, and ship.

Prints are shipped within 2-3 days. Once shipped, depending on your region, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on the progress.

Most orders then take between 3-5 days in transit.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes, once the tracking information has been added to your order(s) - where available - you will be notified via email.

Should you have any issues with your tracking, get in touch at support@casagraphica.com and we'll do our best to rectify those.

Do you include any payment information on the package?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order, just a branded packing slip. Our fine art prints make for great gifts. We also offer Gift Cards if you’re unsure of what to choose for that special someone.

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer currently offer any express shipping methods. Kindly refer to our Shipping Policy for comprehensive information on the available shipping options and their respective costs.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

In the unlikely occasion that your artwork arrives in anything less than pristine condition, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to support@casagraphica.com so we can help resolve the matter. Please always be sure to include photos of the box (or boxes) that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage. More details on this are available on our Returns Policy page.

My order was lost in transit, what should I do?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it please let us know immediately by emailing support@casagraphica.com and we will do our best to track it down.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties on my order?

For orders delivered within the EU, UK or USA, no additional taxes or import duties will apply. Local taxes, such as State Income Tax in the USA, may sometimes apply though.

Whilst our localised printing methods do minimise the possibility of any added taxes or duties arising, we cannot guarantee that that will always be the case.

Returns & Cancellations

Below are some common questions about returns and cancellations.

What is your returns policy?

Each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed just for you so we are unable to accept returns. More details can be found on our Returns Policy page.

Can I exchange my piece for a different piece or size?

All sales are final, and we are therefore unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are made to order, just for you.

Can I cancel or make amendments to my order?

We custom print (and frame / mount) each piece just for you so we are unable to make adjustments once the fulfilment process has begun.

Do you offer B2B services?

Yes, we work closely with a number of interior designers and hospitality groups. Please head on over to our Contact page to send your enquiry direct to our team. We can also create a range of [BESPOKE] designs, made from scratch specifically for your business, to your specifications.

Can I submit my design work to be showcased and sold on Casagraphica?

Our team of curators meets weekly to review new artist submissions.

Please send your design(s) in a PDF document, explaining the concept and style of the submitted piece(s) to curations@casagraphica.com. If your work is selected, our team will then respond, within ten working days, with information on how to move forward.

Due to the volume of enquiries received, we are unable to respond to each and every request but please do not let that deter you from trying again. We're always happy to feature more talent on our platform.
